The ILHS Yearbook, The Sabre, is full-color publication developed, produced and edited annually by students. The yearbook staff meets during M-Period each day. Students purchase yearbooks annually for delivery the following year. The yearbook advisor is Mrs. McKey.

High School Student Council organizes social activites, helps co-ordinate volunteer opportunities and operates as student government for the school. Advisors are Mr. Becker and Mrs. McKey.

High School Academic and Math Teams participate in the River Valley Conference and have meets against the competitor schools. Ms. Schuppe and Mr. Becker are the respective sponsors.

High School Drama presents two plays per year. In the fall a one-act dinner theatre is sponsored by the Illinois Lutheran Booster Club. In the spring a full length play is presented.
